Fixed a glitch when applying a Fireball to Candles at a certain angle.
Resolved a bug where Bone Meal grew only one plant when applied to a block of Grass.
Fixed a crash occurring when structures were placed in unloaded areas using commands and then deleted.
Corrected an error where the Nether portal teleported to the wrong coordinates.

This update addresses several critical issues for improved gameplay.
