Added Glowing octopuses. They spawn in the ocean and glow at night.

• Until they spawn naturally, you can spawn with an egg
• Drop bags of glowing ink

Glowing ink

Allow you to create a frame with a backlight. To get it, combine a regular frame and new ink in the workbench.

• Used for crafting a luminous frame
• Can be used to highlight the plates
• You can remove the effect from the plate with ordinary ink
• The text on the plate can now be painted with dyes

Fixed bugs
