This version is a re-upload of Marvis City 18.0, featuring a variety of neighborhoods, commercial areas, and landmarks designed for immersive roleplay and city exploration.

• Comprehensive City Layout: Includes multiple districts each with unique themes, such as residential zones, commercial hubs, industrial areas, and recreational spaces.
• Districts to Explore:
  1. Marvis District: The original city center containing shops, skyscrapers, hotels, banks, hospitals, offices, apartments, and homes.
  2. Federama District: A small city area featuring buildings, skyscrapers, houses, shops, a Japanese palace, and a Woodland Mansion.
  3. Ocean Marvis: Coastal district with ocean access, including landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, IKEA, NASCAR track, beaches, and retail stores such as TESCO.
  4. RedHouse District: Known for its suburban-style red houses, with neighborhoods, shops, hospitals, airport, police station, and beach areas.
  5. New Marvis District: A compact district with skyscrapers, schools, hospital, police and fire stations, mall, cinema, a large church, and museum.
  6. Prince District: Hosts the Prince Forest Tour, amusement park, airport, large hospital, mall, volleyball arena, and various residential and commercial buildings.
  7. Faraway District: A distant area featuring commercial buildings, factories, warehouses, parks, farms, a large mall, and a beach with a pier.
  8. Mezia Marvis: Replacing the former Mesa Marvis, this district offers neighborhoods, a cemetery, industrial zone, and the city’s first seaport.
  9. Surbia District: A suburban-themed area with multiple housing neighborhoods, slated for future expansion.
