Download Minecraft PE 1.21.40.22 APK for Android — Bundle painting added, bats spawn at any height, compasses can stack to 64, and 17 bugs fixed.

The Bundle can now be painted in all 16 colors using dyes.
Bats spawn in dark enclosed spaces on various stone types and can appear above the surface.
Compasses tied to a Lodestone Compass can now stack up to 64 units.
One change was made to align Bedrock with Java Edition.

This update also includes numerous technical changes for addon development and testing.

This is a beta version. Make backup copies of the worlds.
