Old caves now reach the surface.
Tuff is generated below Y=0 in Mineral Veins.
Amethyst gemstones are generated correctly around the world.
Changed the frequency of ore generation for version equality with Java.
Fixed crashing from servers due to different block IDs.
Menu background updated to reflect the Halloween theme.

This update introduces significant changes to gameplay and world generation mechanics.
