More Body Actions! for Minecraft PE
19.02.2026
More Body Actions! Enhance your Minecraft Bedrock experience with this addon that introduces new body movements such as sitting, lying down, crawling, and climbing over walls. It features dynamic first-person camera adjustments based on your character’s position and even allows crawling through a single-block opening. Fully compatible with multiplayer, this addon enriches gameplay with immersive animations and realistic physics.
Installation
- Download both the Behavior Pack (BP) and Resource Pack (RP).
- Import and add these packs to your Minecraft world.
- Enable the experimental feature Beta APIs in your world settings.
- Ensure you are running a stable (non-beta) version of Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
- Note: This addon modifies “player.json” and is incompatible with other addons that alter the same file.
How to Use
- Sit Down: Look as far down as possible and press sneak.
- Lie Down: Look as far up as possible and press sneak.
- Crawl on All Fours: First sit down, then walk forward.
- Switch to Normal Crawl: While crawling on all fours, jump once; jump again to revert.
- Stand Up: Press sneak again.
- Grab and Climb Walls: Approach a wall less than 4 blocks tall, look upwards between 30° and 85°, have both hands empty, and jump to grab. Move sideways to traverse the edge or press jump to climb up.
- Sit on Stairs: Approach stairs, hold any item and click the block, or start breaking it with an empty hand in survival mode to sit.
Key Features
- First-Person Body Rendering: See your character’s body when sitting, lying down, or crawling, from a first-person perspective.
- Crawl Through Narrow Spaces: Shrink your character to crawl through 1-block tall holes.
- Wall Climbing: Grab onto walls under 4 blocks tall and climb them, including out of water pits.
- Camera Adjustments: The camera moves to eye level during sitting, lying, and crawling states for an immersive view.
- Stair Sitting: Sit on stair blocks with simple interaction.
- Accurate Physics and Collision: Standing up requires enough space; crawling on belly restricts climbing, while crawling on all fours allows it.
- Head Movement Limits: Restricted rotation when sitting (90°) or lying down (10°) to maintain realism.
- Persistent Body States: Your position (sitting, lying, crawling) remains after leaving and rejoining the world.
- Multiplayer Friendly: Works smoothly on Realms, Bedrock Dedicated Server, and other servers with many players.
- Customizable Settings: Enable or disable specific body actions, first-person animations, and control hints via in-game commands.
Addon Configuration
Open the configuration interface by running the command: /function morebodyactions_config

This opens a settings menu where you can toggle features such as enabling the addon, sitting on blocks by interaction, crawling options, first-person animations, and wall climbing behavior.

Using Commands to Control Other Players
You can make other players perform body actions by executing commands in the format:
/execute as <playername> run function <action>
Available actions:
- sit — makes the player sit
- lay — makes the player lie down
- crawl_4 — makes the player crawl on all fours
- crawl — makes the player crawl normally
These commands override addon settings, allowing control even if actions are disabled for players directly.

Notes and Troubleshooting
- Realm Compatibility: To use on Realms, download the world, add the addon with required experiments enabled, then upload it back.
- Bug Notice: In first-person view, body rotation during sitting may appear incorrect; this is a known issue without current fixes.
- If the addon is not working:
- Confirm you are running a stable Minecraft version (no beta or preview).
- Verify all required experimental features are enabled in your world or server settings.
- Ensure only one version of the addon is active in both behavior and resource packs without duplicates.
- Server Issues: If the addon works locally but not on a server, confirm all installation steps, and check that your host supports Beta APIs and script execution.
