Dynamic Light Addon

Dynamic Light Addon + Offhand Torch (Second Hand) (Achievements Friendly) enhances your Minecraft Bedrock experience by adding dynamic lighting to all light-emitting items held in your hand, similar to Java’s Optifine feature. This addon allows light sources such as torches and lanterns to illuminate your surroundings while held, improving visibility during exploration without placing blocks. Additionally, you can now move the torch to your offhand using a simple command for greater convenience.

Installation / How to Use

After installing the addon, any light source you hold will emit real-time dynamic light. To transfer a torch to your offhand (second hand), open the chat and enter the following command:

/function handtorch

Make sure you have at least one torch (or any compatible light source) in your inventory before using this command. The offhand feature supports all types of torches and lanterns.

Requirements / Compatibility

This addon is designed for Minecraft Bedrock Edition and is compatible with standard worlds that allow addon installations. Ensure you have a version of Minecraft Bedrock that supports functions and custom behavior packs.
