Dinosaur Saga Add-On enhances Minecraft Bedrock with innovative gameplay mechanics inspired by Monster Hunter, including advanced weapons, armor skills, and unique creature behavior. This add-on seamlessly integrates with other modifications, offering players a fresh and challenging experience filled with new items, skills, and creatures.

Installation / How to Use

To begin, import the Dinosaur Saga add-on into your Minecraft Bedrock Edition world. Upon entering the world, players will receive a special item called the Scroll, which grants access to a help menu, skill overview, and item information. Equip weapons to unlock the Sprint Roll maneuver, allowing you to dodge incoming attacks by running and jumping simultaneously.

Dinosaur Saga is fully compatible with any other Minecraft Bedrock add-ons, allowing easy integration without conflicts. No additional mods or resource packs are required beyond the add-on itself.

Key Features

Weapons and Combat

• Master a variety of weapons to become nearly invincible in combat.

Armor Sets and Skills

Equipment grants cumulative skill points towards various abilities, each with a maximum level. Skills can be viewed via the Scroll menu, which displays active skills and their contributing gear. The equipment slots that affect skills are:

• Helmet
• Chestplate
• Leggings
• Boots
• Main Hand

Example: The “More Health” skill has a maximum level of 4, each level providing a Health Boost effect. Wearing a helmet with +1 and boots with +2 grants the player level 3 in this skill.

The Scroll Item

The Scroll allows players to:

• Open the help menu
• View current skills and their levels
• Access detailed information about items, weapons, and armor, including where to find them
• Check the Top 5 Hunters leaderboard, which ranks players based on points earned by defeating add-on dinosaurs

The Scroll is provided automatically at world start and can be crafted using Special Leather. It supports translations in multiple languages; if your language is missing, assistance is available via the add-on community.

Megaloceros

A strong, neutral herbivore that flees from predators but becomes hostile if a player remains nearby too long. Features include:

• Passive taming using apples
• Ability to equip a saddle for riding
• Attack capabilities when controlled with a lance
