Definitive Tree Capitator transforms the way you chop trees in Minecraft Bedrock Edition by allowing you to fell an entire tree by breaking just one block. This addon seamlessly integrates with any other addons without requiring player.json, ensuring smooth compatibility and enhanced gameplay.

Installation

To install this addon, you need two files: the Def Tree Capitator Behavior Pack (BP) which contains the addon’s functions, and the Def Tree Capitator Resource Pack (RP) for its visual textures. Both are essential for the addon to operate correctly.

How to Use

Upon entering your world, you will automatically receive a special book that remains with you even after death. This book opens a customization menu where you can configure the Tree Capitator settings according to your preferences. You may keep the book in your inventory, store it in a chest, or discard it, but having it allows you to tailor the addon’s behavior.

The customization options include:

• Break Leaves: Enables breaking leaves along with the wood blocks.
• Progressive Chopping: Causes the tree to break gradually instead of all blocks at once.
• Work with Custom Axes: Allows axes from other addons to activate the Tree Capitator effect.
• Disable When Sneaking: Temporarily turns off the Tree Capitator while sneaking.
• Chopping Sound: Plays a sound effect during tree chopping.
• Chopping Particle: Displays particle effects when breaking tree blocks.

In multiplayer environments, each player can personalize their own Tree Capitator settings independently.

Requirements / Compatibility

This addon functions without requiring experimental gameplay features and does not utilize the player.json file. Instead, it employs gametest scripting, ensuring compatibility with other addons and Minecraft Realms. It supports vanilla axes as well as custom axes introduced by other addons, making it versatile across different mod setups.
