Block Armor introduces 26 new armor sets crafted from various Minecraft Bedrock materials, some featuring unique abilities. This addon enhances gameplay by incorporating special effects tied to wearing full or partial armor sets, enriching your Minecraft experience without requiring experimental gameplay features.
Installation
To install Block Armor, download both the Block Armor Behavior Pack (BP) and the Block Armor Resource Pack (RP). Both files are necessary for the addon to function correctly. Import them into your Minecraft Bedrock Edition and activate them in your world settings.

Example Armor Abilities
- Wool Armor: Provides a unique effect detailed in the addon’s demonstration.
- Coal Armor: Allows cooking food items in hand, consuming armor durability with a cooldown.
- Lapis Armor: Grants experience points when mining ores, scaling with the number of armor pieces worn.
- Magma Armor: Deals damage to entities that attack the wearer; damage increases with more armor parts.
- Ice Armor: Enables walking over water when wearing the full set.
- Obsidian, Prismarine, Glowstone, and Slime Armors: Provide various effects that partially activate when wearing some pieces, with full sets granting maximum benefits.
Compatibility
This addon works alongside any other addons and is compatible with Minecraft Realms. It does not modify player.json files, ensuring smooth integration with existing worlds and setups.
Crafting Recipes
All armor sets are crafted at the standard crafting table, generally utilizing vanilla blocks corresponding to the armor’s material. Refer to the crafting interface to view specific recipes for each armor piece.

Additional Notes
The addon will continue to receive updates adding new armors and abilities. No experimental gameplay options are required, and achievements remain enabled while using this addon.
